INQUIRY ASKED.
Sentence Imposed as Result of Riot. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, June 4. The Watersiders’ Union passed a resolution protesting against the severity of the sentences inflicted on men convicted in connection with recent rioting and calling upon the Government to set up a commission of inquiry to review the decision of the magistrate.
