United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyrl srh t. PARIS, June 3. It is anticipated that the President, M. Albert Lebrun, to-day will formally invite M. Edouard Herriott to constitute the new Government, the names of which M. Herriott is said to be carrying in his pocket.
