BY-LAW OFFENDERS.
The following by-law offenders were dealt with ty Mr H. P. Lawry, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court this morning on the information of Mr F. Blewitt, Traffic Inspector to the New Brighton Borough; Council:— Driving a motor-car without a license, Joshua Matthews, fined 20s and costs; cycling on footpath, Haydn Aldridge, 10s and costs; riding motor-cycle at dangerous speed, James Hancox, £3 and costs; no silencer, Phillip Pentecost, 20s and costs. For allowing cattle to wander, Augustus Florance. was convicted and fined 10s and costs.
