October 27. > The plans of the British Columbia division of the Canadian Manufacturers’ Association to send a delegation of business men to New Zealand and Fiji has been deferred pending the New Zealand general elections. A party of forty is assured. It is hoped that a new treaty with New Zealand will be negotiated in the meanwhile.
