Miss Isabel Mills (St Andrews) has returned from a visit to Dunedin. Miss Scota Steward (Sealy Street) is the guest of Mrs F. Smith (Waratah). Mrs E. Goulter (Fairlie) is spending a few days in Christchurch. Miss Stronach (“Cadogan,” Sefton Street) has left for Dunedin. Mrs L. E. Williams (Geraldine) is spending a few days in Christchurch. Miss Meg Loughnan (“Burrabogie,” Fairlie) will arrive to-day to stay with Mrs Simon Mackenzie ("Otumarama”). Mrs W. H. Walton and Miss Doroth}' Walton (Park Lane) have returned from Peel Forest. Miss Betty Guthrie (Christchurch) is the guest of Miss Marion Hay (Wai-iti Road). Miss Satchell (Christchurch) has returned home after a visit to Mrs Wilfred White (“Summerhill,” Levels). Mr and Mrs E. A. Scott (Seddon Street), who spent the week-end with Mr and Mrs G. Cuthbertson (Oamaru), have returned to Timaru. Mr and Mrs James Maling (Christchurch) will arrive to-day to be the guests of Mr and Mrs B. E. H. Tripp (“Orielton”). Miss Joan Maling (Christchurch), who has been staying with Mrs Howard Tripp (Wai-iti Road), has returned home. Miss Hope Pinckney (Glenaray), who has been staying with Mrs Charles Tripp (The Bungalow), has left for Albury. Mrs F. Stopford (Napier), who has been staying with Mrs Basil Unwin (Silver Hill), has returned to Orari Gorge. Miss Alison Good (Hawera), who has been the guest of Mrs A. J. Stone Wigg (Waihi School, Winchester), has returned to the North Island. The Ven Archdeacon Monaghan and Mrs Monaghan (The Vicarage, Theodocia Street) have returned from Christchurch. Mrs R. H. Rhodes (“Came,” Sealy Street), who has been the guest of Mrs Bullock (Christchurch), has returned home. Miss Quita Cordner (Christchurch), who is .staying with Mrs James Innes (Haldon Station), will be the guest of Mrs Timaru Rhodes (Hadlow) for the ■how. Mr and Mrs Bruce Murray (Godley Peaks) and Mr and Mrs Gerald Murray (Glenmore) will be the guests of Mr and Mrs James Scott (Cannington, .Cave) for the Timaru A. and P. Show.
