RADIO COMMUNICATION ENSURED FOR WILKINS.
(United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) (Received March 19. 11 a.m.) WASHINGTON, March 18. Wilkins was granted authority on Wednesday by the Radio Commission to maintain radio communication with the United States on his polar expedition. The license covers a series of high frequencies for broadcasting and communications. H e will have 200 watt power, with the call letters WSEA.
