In the Hunter will case to-day it was put to Mrs Hunter that under the 1924 will Betty would be entirely dependent upon her. “ Your .daughter’s welfare' will depend entirely upon, your bountv.” Lady Flunter said, that when the will was made it was not,, thought that she would live. Sir George had every confidence in her. If she died, under the 1924 will Betty would get everything. She would give anything she thought proper to the child, 'drawn up legally by anyone having power to so. She did not want to keep anything from her. Evidence was given by A. K. S. MacKenzie, who prepared the 1924 will, Carl H. Jorgensen, a masseur, who said that he found Sir George Hunter unable to concentrate on anything or maintain his interest in any subject, and Sir Donald M’Gavin, the surgeon.
