Bath urst, Captain Sir John Hanham, and Mr A. C. Day, official secretary. Major-General R. Young, Commander of New Zealand Forces, is on the bottom step, and behind him is Captain J. G. S. Fraser, second Naval Member of the Naval Board. Lieutenant J. C. Elworthy, another member of his Excellency’s suite, is at the rear.
