PROSPECTUS WILL BE ISSUED SHORTLY. (Special to the “ Star ”) WELLINGTON, December 5An interesting sign of the times, indicating that the establishment of regular air services in New Zealand is not far distant, is the registration at Wellington of a new company, Dominion Airlines, Ltd. It is understood that the prospectus will be issued during the next few days. The objects of the company, as set out in the registration papers, are to act as general dealers in every description of aircraft, motor vehicles, motor boats, etc., and to carry on the business of aerial and land taxi proprietors, carriers, joy-riders, transporters, etc., in the air or on land. The capital will be £200,000, divided into £1 shares. The subscribers of minimum capital to enable registration to be made are:—A. B. Williams, sheep farmer (Tokomaru Bay), 1000 shares; R. R. Money, aviator (Wellington), 300; William Richmond, meat exporter (Hastings), I. L. Knight, solicitor (Dannevirke), J. R. Kirk, barrister (Gisborne), J. P. Luke, engineer (Wellington), J. Newman, company manager (Nelson), H. R. Duncan, brewer (Nelson East), 250; T. B. Dwan, land agent (Wellington), 100.
