HAWARDEN LADIES’ CLUB,

In a match played last week against the girls of the Amberley College, the Hawarden ladies were the winners by 10 games to 2. The monthly medal match, played on Thursday, was won by Mrs Suridge. In the second round of Mrs Wood’s trophy, Miss J. M’Rae returned a card of 103—41—62 and won the trophy. The following players qualified for the club championship:—Mrs Jackman, Mrs Wood, Miss B. Rutherford, Mrs Cracroft Wilson, Miss Boon, Mrs Daizell, Mrs Suridge and Mrs Earl.
