RECHABITE LODGE.

The Pride of Christchurch Tent, 1.0. R., met for its fortnightly meeting in the Y.M.C.A. concert hall on Monday evening. Seven new members were initiated into the order. The report of the committee set up to make arrangements in connection with the Christmas tree for the Whakaora and Tawera juvenile tents was received and the recommendations adopted. The election of officers for the ensuing term resulted: —C.R. Sister A. Pycroft; Support C.R., Brother F. Long; D.R., Brother VV. Armstrong; Assistant D.R., Brother Good; Levite, Sister D. Unwin: Assistant Levite, Sister Prisk; Guardian, Brother Jackson; P.C.R., Brother A. Gray; secretary, Brother C. H. Bascand; treasurer, Brother F. Robson; assistant secretary, Sister G. Hastings; auditors, Brothers H. Calvert and H. Pyne; C.S., Brother G. Speirs; press reporter. Brother 11. N. Pyne; trustees, Brothers Spiers, Nuttall and West; lady sick visitor. Sister Smallwood; pianists, Sisters Unwin, Till, Pycroft and Brother W. Gray; juvenile superintendents, Whakaora Tent, Sisters, Armstrong and Unwin and Brother W. Armstrong; Tawera Tent, Brothers Gray and Jackson. At the conclusion of the business a social was held when those present enjoyed themselves playing games. Brother Good was M.C.
