FIRST MEETING OF NEW CITY COUNCIL.
The first ordinary meeting of the new City Council was held last right; prehvnt—the Mayor (the Rev J. K. Archer) and Councillors D. G. PulliA'an. M.l -1 Elizabeth M’Combs. 11. T. Armstrong, M.P. T. IT- Butterfield, G. R. Hunter, R M. MacfaiTane, J. W. Roberts, G. Manning, F. W. Sharpe, E. 11. Andrews, M Yl. Lyons, A. W. Beaver, Annie Heibert, J. W. Beanland and C. L. Carr.
