RAILWAY SERVANTS LOOK ON MOTOR COMPETITION WITH DISAPPROVAL.
’(Special to the “Star.”) WELLINGTON. May 9. Motor competition against the State railways is not looked on with apP* o '* al by the Amalgamated Society of Kailway Servants, the largestijtrade union connected with the service. Its executive* council, at the quarterly meeting now proceeding, has passed a resolution urging all members of the society to travel by trains in preference to privately-owned buses.
