Kcmal Pasha, in opening the Rational Assembly, commented on the fact that the Budget had been balanced and predicted acceleration of the progress of the country. lie stressed its pacific aims and said that the delimitation formalities on the Iraq and Syrian frontiers were in progress and had a happy bearing on the relations with Britain and France.
