TEN LICENSES IN PLACE OF SIXTEEN.

OHINEMURI HOTELS RESUMING BUSINESS. Per Pres* Association. WELLINGTON, June 22. Official information has been received by Mr Percy Coyle, Dominion President of the Licensed Victuallers’ Association, that the Ohinemuri Licensing Committee has granted ten licenses for that district as a result of restoration having been carried. Four of these licenses arc situated in Paeroa, four in Waihi, one at Waikino, and one at Kerepeehi, Hauraki Plains. Licenses previously existed at Waihi, Paeroa and Waikino, but Kerepeehi is a new district,, whose requirements will be served with a licensed house. When No-license was carried in 1908 there were sixteen licenses in the Ohinemuri district.
