HAD BOOTY IN HIS OVERCOAT.
POLICEMAN CATCHES BURGLAR IN ACT. Per Pres* Association. WELLINGTON, June 22. A labourer, Thomas O'Hara, pleaded guilty to breaking and entering the shop of Placido B&rsottie, and stealing seven statuettes valued at £2 12s 6d. The burglary was discovered by a policeman, who found the window of the shop open, and accused was arrested with the booty wrapped in an overcoat. He was remanded to the Supreme Court for sentence.
