DRUG ADDICT SAID TO BE BURGLAR.
Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, June 21. ' On Saturday the premises of Auckland Pharmacies, Ltd., were broken into and a quantity’ of drugs stolen. In the Police Court to-day, George Edward Baker, aged twenty-three, was charged with stealing —therefrom a quantity of heroin. cocaine and morphia, to the value of 50s. Accused was described as a well-known drug addict. lie was remanded till Tune 28."
