POLAND AND RUMANIA MAKE TREATY AGAINST SOVIET.

The surprise announcement was made at a conference of the Little Entente Powers that Rumania had concluded a treaty of defence with Poland for mutual protection of the Polish frontier and the Bessarabian border against Soviet aggression. Czech and Jugo-Slav Ministers declared that they took cognisance, but reserved judgment in the matter.
