GERMANY DESIRED TO EXTEND PEACE TREATIES THROUGH EUROPE.

Dr Stresemann has broadcast by wireless a speech on the Russo-German Treaty, stating that there is no cause for alarm anywhere. It only demonstrated that Germany and Russia desired to live in peace and friendship and to renew good relations on the basis of the Treaty of Rapallo. Germany’s initiative came from Locarno. She desired to extend peace treaties throughout Europe.
