REIGN OF SHINGLED HEADS NEARLY OVER

(Special to the "Star.") LONDON, March 21. “The shingled head is not the end of everything. Other fashions are coming. and it is evident that the reign of the shingled head is nearly over.” This is the view of Mr 11. j. IlarpcrRoberts, who lectured on hairdressing fashions at the London College of Physiologoy yesterday.
