At the wool sales there was a poor selection, but a good attendance, all section of competition were keen. Continentals were the chief operators. Yorkshireroen were extremely quiet, Merinoes were firm at full March closing rates. Fine cross-breds were firm. Medium and low lacked Yorkshire support, and were par to five per cent below March rates. Lambs are very firm.
