Defendants were Margaret Stephens, wife of John W. Stephens, of Onearue. engine-driver; Jean Newell. of Christchurch ; Jcssde Gordon, wife cf l>,ugMary Price, wife of William H. Price, of Christchurch, company manager; Geo rgo tor: and Andrew Swanston. of Christchurch. builder. Th Court adjourned till 10.29 a.m. on July 6.
