THE NEW MAYOR.
INSTALLATION CEREMONY. NO PERSONAL INVITATIONS. A new departure will on made in connection with the installation ceremony of the new ATavor. the Uev. J. Iv. Arch r, which will tak i place at the City Council Chambers on Wednesday next. Instead of restricted invitations to the ceremony, a general invitation will be given to all the citidens of the city. The only personal invitations that w*fl be issued are to the members of the past council, with their the members of the new council and their wives, and '■»> the heads of the various municipal departments. The musical portion of the evening will be in the hunsd of the Municipal Band.
