David Sime was ordered to pay costs only. • j WANDERING HORSE. | C. Woodward, for allowing a horse to wander at large, was fined 5s and costs. UNATTENDED CARS. Walton Baxter. Andrew R. Guilrl. Walter Hibbard, Martin Moir. Joseph B. Neal were each fined 5s and costs for leaving their cars unattended. NEGLIGENCE. Norman Alexander Malcolm pleaded not guilty to a charge of having ridden a bicycle in a negligent manner. Constable Mulholland said that he was on point duty when the defendant came over the Hereford Street traffic station before he received the signal, and witness was knocked down. A fine of 5s and costs was imposed. SPEEDING. John 11. A. Moore, for speeding, was fined 20s and costs. MOTOR CASES.
