One of Mr "Woodrow Wilson’s closest friends states that the former President may recover completely from the paralysis from which he has suffered for the last three years. Recently Mr Wilson has been able to walk a con siderable distance unassisted. Wliil® it is not expected that his health will ever be robust, it is believed that he may soon have the free use of his limbs.
