Col Leslie Wilson for Portsmouth. Major H. R. Cuyzer. who was re elected for Portsmouth with a -majority of 11.000. resigned owing to ill health. Lieut.-Col. Leslie Wilson Conservative Whin, who was deleaved for Reading, was invited to contest the •tat.
