WEDDING.

WOODS—BROWN. On Saturday afternoon, November 4, at St James Church, King Street, Sydney, tlie marriage was celebrated, by the Rev F. W. Reeve, of Marion Stella , widow of Air L. J. Brown, of Beecroft, and daughter of Mr G. P- Davies, of Hurstville, to Nat, third son of the late Captain A. Woods and Airs Woods, Neutral Bay. Tlie bride, who was given away by her father, wore a gown of ivory satin meteor, trimmed with silver lace and tissue, and a trail of silver roses at the waist. Her hat of silver laoe was lined with sea-foam georgette, and she carried a bouquet of white roses and carnations. The bride was attended by Airs F. R. Dudley, sister of the bridegroom, «.e matron of honour, and by Aliss Beatrix Brown. The former xu re a gown of Brussels lace, with touches of pal& pink, her lace hat being trimmed with pink georgette roses. Aliss Brown was in white voile, worn with a hat of satin straw and blue moire. Air Archibald Woods was best man, and Air Octave Woods groomsman. Tlie bridegroom’s gifts to the bride were a diamond brooch and rings; to the matron of honour. Mrs Dudley, and the bridesmaid, greenstone tiki brooches. After the ceremony a reception was held at the Wentworth '•Hotel, and later Air and Mrs Woods left for the South Coast, the bride travelling in q costume of putty tfiootine,, with a toque to match trimmed with autumn leaves. They will shortly leave for New Zealand, where they intend to reside.
