SUPPLIES VERY LOW. By Telegraph—Pree* Association—Copyright Australian and N.Z Cable Association. (Received November 30. 9.15 n.m.) BERLIN, November 29. Corn supplies are rapidly diminishing. Peasants have delivered only one quartei oi : the quantity demanded, and 2,000,000 tons are lacking. The present supplies will last two or three months. The Food Ministry has ordered flour to be mixed with 10 per cent ol : potatoes.
