CONFIDENCE IN POINCARE.

’The usual date, February 28, which includes the usual twenty-one days’ grace, has been fixed for the payment of income tax, except in the case of persons, not companies, whose surnames commence with the letters D, J, K. P or W, whose payments are due fourteen days later. Five per cent rebate will be allowed where the tax is paid on due date.
