LIGHT THE HEALER.
Tho value of sunlight has long been known, but its efficiency as a healing agent in cases of tuberculosis is not such common knowledge. A child who was badly burned about tho neck and chest in a fire lost about thirty square inches of skin owing to the accident. Blue is sedative, and'’good for neuralgic and maniacal subjects, it i-; said to induce stability and will power wiiilst an aid to intellectual ment is to be found in a- golden yellow colour. Green is stated to bo restful, and yet possessed of cheering elements Violet is supposed to bare calming Pffocts, and in cases of inflammationsiinhght filtered through blue glass has an effect for tho benefit of the patient.
