Demonstrations molested deputies on their way to tho R-eichshtag. Traffic was held up in tho vicinity of the Reichstag. A state of seigo has been proclaimedl in the greater part of Germany. Railway communication with Holland is interrupted. “Vorwaorts ” claims that the Government is in no way to blamo for tho bloodshed, and says the police did not fire until ten of their members had been carried away wounded.
