P All WIN, January 15. Iho Commission took further evidence indicating that, sly-grog selling was rampant and that much had liquor was consumed. In regard to one consignment of bulk whisky, tho .Supervisor of Hotels was asked if two or three men did not die in one day at the time of its arrival, and if bad whisky had something to do with tho deaths. Mo said it was so aliened. Witness also staled that ho ordered boUIc;l whisky, hut J>r Gilnith notified him that ho must not do so without consuiting bint, till the bulk cousigimicu!: was unishcd.

DR GILRUTH AT AUCKLAND. (Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, January 15. Dr Gilnith _ arrived at Auckland aboard tho Wairuna from Vancouver to-day. Ho absolutely declined to make any statement regarding the Northern Territory Commission. Dr Gilnith has completed a report for the Australian Government on the. control of tick fever in America.
