The Government is taking stops to prevent a German invasion of Britain consequent on the ratification oi pc.-.ce and the resumption of diplomatic relations. No Gorman will be allowed to land by sea or by air without the Home Secretary’s permission, which will bo granted only on special grounds and renewable for periods of three months. The names of Germans admitted will be published in the Gazette
