A. trad N.Z. Cable Ascociation and Routs:, (Received February 16, 9a.m.) OTTAWA, February 15. The late Sir Cecil Spring-Rice will be interred at Ottawa. It is recalled that in his last public speech in Ottawa bo remarked that lie deeply regretted bis retirement from Washington, but everyone in this war had his part to play, and it was very hard to cense playing it, but “ my time has come.”
