MANUKA'S TRANSHIPMENTS. The Union Company's Manuka, which s<rrived in Lytteltoa this afternoon, brought ■ transhipments ex the steamers Arabia, A!donham, Obra, Fultata, Osterloy, Palrna, Wismaor, Arawatte, Hitachi' Maru, Southey and Xoondft, the principal lines being the following:—4o9 cases fruit, 452 packages tea,, 18 wises metal ware, 7 casks wine, 58 rolls netting, 4Q orates empty bottles, 1(J cases wine, 5 cases tobacco, 12 cases soap, 158 ingots copper, 6 cylinders gas, 10 cases desiccated coconut, 880 bows dates, 6 slabs marble, 33 pieoeß timber, 254 pieces sawn timber, 1 barrels,oil, 815 bags ground bark, and large quantity of merchandise, stockinette, matches, curios, glassware, cotton goods, toys, porcelain and sundries. SHIPPING NOTES. Mr T. Cargill will rejoin the Manuka today as chief engineer, and Mr C. M'Craig, who has been relieving him, will proceed to Dunedin for orders. Mr W. B. Hirst, third engineer of tho Manuka, 'will, proceed to Duncdin to-dav to join the Aparima as second. -Mr R. J. Mentiplay will sign on the Manuka to-day as third engineer., Mr G. Knowlos, late chief officer of the Aparima, will join, the Manuka in a similar capacity. Mr R. T. Crow, late chief officer of th» ,Wha:agap9, .has transferred to the Aparima, and Mr A. A. Prosser"has joined the Te Anau. Mr E. G. Eevington, sixth engineer of the - M"aori, has gone ashore oh sick leave. Mr H.- C. White, second officer of the Kamona, with Messrs J. T>alziel, J. B.
