Advices from Colonic state that i King Ferdinand sent envoys to Athens and to Bucharest to express his peaceful intentions. King Constantino, at Alliens, received the envoy in the pre- i senoe of M. Vonezeios. The King of - Rumania refused t-o give the other envoy an audience. Tho Premier of Rumania received the envoy coldly.
