A MESSAGE.
I'd like to catch a tiny cloud, And whisper to it, not too loud, A little song: To waft along O'er rock ana rill And dale and hill - The little song I fain would sing To Love, Mho's gone vacationing. Td like to snare a pretty bird, And teach it just one single word, Then set it free, To hear for rut:. Til speedy flight, Through all the night. And thus at dawn the message brinu; •To Lore, wbcro she's vacationing. I'd like to coax a gentle hr«eze *T<> breath a message through the trees. From tree to treo, A word from mc~ , A tiny song— Four letters long. *Tis love I'd send by cloud, breeze, winjx, To Love, who s gone vacationing;.
