Answering another query as to Mr Tregear's "outcast scum of the country" epithet, Mr Massey says that Mr Tregear denies accuracy of the report of' his speech as it, appeared in the newspapers, but the Government was still in communication with him on the subject. 1 NOT A STRIKE.
