STRIKE IN A NUTSHELL.

NONE OF THE FIRST FOUR STRIKERS ARRESTED JN WELLINGTON IS A NATIVE OF NEW ZEALAND. UNIONS IN DUNEDIN. REGISTERED UNDER THE ARBITRATION ACT ARE NOT LIKELY TO RESPOND TO THE FEDERA- • TION'S CALL.
