Theft. —Edward Leary pleaded guilty to five charges of having stolen overcoats and to two charges of having stolen a pair of boots and a pair of motoring gloves. He was sentenced to three months' imprisonment on each charge, the sentences to bo concurrent. False Prktexoks. —John Duncan Moore pleaded guilty to a charge of having obtained £1 bv means of false pretences.
