A Paris message says that a dramatic trial has just ended. MadameClerc, a boarding echool-keepor at Sevres, promised two men named Mollet and Pnrratt £l2O to murder her husband, and they did so. Her schoolboy son Bene gave, evidence that h° carried the men money. Parratt'? littlo daughter fainted twice, aid »va& unable to give evidence. Madame- Clerc was sentenced to ten years' solitary coiiliiieinc'iit, Mollet to twelve yoars" and Parratt to ton years' hard labour.
