INCREASED FREIGHTS FOE FLAX AND TOW. [Per Press Association.] WELLINGTON, -January^. Another advance in the rates for flax and scrimmed tow shipped to London by vessels of the New Zealand, Shaw, Sarill and Albion, Tyser and Federal-Shire Companies is announced. Between August 1 and September 30 of this year the freights will be:—Flax, 80s per ton, as against the present rnto of 7»s: tow, 100s. as against !)(K; plus JO Dt>r cent yr.niagc in uu£h \'aso.
