MONEY CLUBS.
CHRISTCHURCH AND ST ALBANS.
The forty-first half-yearly meeting of the Christchureh and St Albans Money Club was held in the office of the club last evening. Mr "W. E. D. Bishop (president) presided, and there was a fair attendance. The committee submitted the following report, which was adopted :—The capital of the Society was reported to be £38,489 2s lOd, an increase of £1453 15s lid during tho half-year. Loans amounting to £4985 were granted during the half-year, the total lent to date being £165.456 Is 2d. The profit and loss account showed a credit balance of £1606 Is 6d. The committee recommended a dividend at the rate of 0d in the pound on each complete 10s. There were 821. members, holding 4176 shares. The usual bonuses were voted to the trustees.
