Mr and Mrs Thomas Brown left JhristcJiurcli this morning for a short floliday at Ha rimer. The Hon J. A. Millar, Minister nf Railways., arrived in Christen urch this morning from Wellington. He will go on to Dunedin on Monday, and will return to Wellington about November 16. 'The Hon I>. Buddo, Minister of Intern aJ Affairs, is in Ohristchurch toHe will remain in Canterbury for a week, Addressing meetings of his constituents every night, until Pridav, When he will leave for Wellington.
