TWENTY-ONE MONTHS' IMPRISONMENT. United Press Association—<By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright. (Received November 4. 10.40 a.m.) LONDON, November 3. Schultz, accused of espionage, lias been tried at Exeter, and sentenced to twenty-one months' imprisonment in the second division. Sir Rufus Isaacs, who prosecuted, told an amazing story of devices to secure naval secrets. The Chief Justice referred to the friendly relations between Germany and Britain, and stated that, since no real harm had been done, he had imposed a lighter sentence than the accused deserved.
