L.I.P. 1746, Section 14, Block 4, Morven Township, George Blair to Alexander B. Andrew, of Morven. L.,1.1\ G99, Section 40, Albury Settlement, Thomas Sadler, juu., to Thomas Hone, of Claremont. L.l'.l'. 1221, Section 7, Tamai Hamlet, Thomas Emmerson to "Ernest A. Pavne, of Woolston. M.O.L. 1452, 18 acres adjoining Seelion 2-1,780, E. H. Logan to John S. Thomson. The application of transfer of L.I.P. 93(3, Section 10, Waikakahi, from T. Rust on to ]•'. T. Barber, of M orven. was approved, subject to Barber transferring his present holding. An application from Charles Cunningham to transfer L.T.P. 008. Section 18, Block 10. Wainiate, to W. F. .Toy ee n as declined. It was agreed to recommend tho Minister to .set aside, small grazing runs 93, Sawden, and !)(>, Simon's Pass, for proiercnee under Section 4 of the Land Act, 1908, for (a) married men with children and (b) widowers with children. Messrs R. F. Henderson, A. F. Liiers, A. Henderson and J. Brown waited en the Board to apply for an extension of t;he; lease of their pastoral runs No*. 222 to 235. Oxford, to help the.m recover heavy losses sustained, by fire. The Board decided to postpone its decision until next meeting.
