AN AWKWARD ACCIDENT. United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received November 1, 10 a.m.) VANCOUVER, October 31. Fowler, an aviator, was caught in a gale at Tucson and crashed into the grand stand on the university athletic field. There were hundreds of spectators, and in the resultant panic numbers were hurt, but not seriously. Tho machine was partially wrecked, but Fowler was uninjured.
