The "Globe" protests against South Australia's congratulations on the passage of tho Veto Bill. It states that it was repeatedly emphasised at the Imperial Conference that local autonomy is the essence of Imperialism. What would Australia have thought if the British Government, to please the British Labourites, had officially condoled with Mr Fisher on the referendum defeat?
