Skellon in connection with a cliai'ii'.' of theft of bicycles, the jury ag;:in failed to agree, and the Crown Prosecutor asked for a stay of proceedings, the prisoner being discharged. The, Court to-day was engaged in the hearing of a claim by H. S. Jolt against G. Ebbitt, solicitor, for £BOOO damages for alleged negligence in connection with a sale of property. ■
