Auguneur, an Independent Socialist, and now Minister of Works in tho French Cabinet, wa's warmly applauded for his speech in the French Chamber of Deputies iu reprobation of sabotage, denouncing it as incompatible with any sane political doctrine or theory. . The Minister added that he personally was determined to extirpate the evil name.
